The Academy operates a global audition process, casting dancers into principal, featured, and ensemble roles, followed by an intensive rehearsal and mentorship residency from October through December. This pipeline ensures that dancers are trained and staged at a professional, performance-ready level, while providing opportunities for visibility, mentorship, and artistic leadership.
The Snows of Khione Ballet Academy was created from a belief that ballet is more than performance—it is language, history, and imagination in motion. As a storyteller and creator, I envisioned a space where classical dance could coexist with fantasy, literature, and modern narratives without losing its integrity or discipline.
This academy was founded to honor tradition while embracing innovation, to protect the artistry of ballet, and to invite new generations into a world where movement tells stories that challenge, inspire, and endure.
