The Artistic Visibility Program is a fee-based extension available exclusively to former principal dancers, including those who have held the title of Snow Ballerina. While press, interviews, and editorial features are inherent to the principal role, this program ensures continued visibility beyond the performance season. Participants remain active within the Academy during the rehearsal period, taking on a mentorship role while maintaining a public-facing presence tied to the production. This continued placement reinforces both artistic continuity and individual positioning, allowing former principals to extend their visibility while contributing to the development of newly cast performers. Ongoing access to editorial and media opportunities supports the expansion of each dancer’s professional profile beyond the stage.
