Our Faculty

At The Snows of Khione Ballet Academy, our Dance Instructors are dedicated to cultivating technically strong, artistically expressive, and disciplined dancers across all levels of training, ages 3 through 25. Instructors are responsible for delivering a structured curriculum rooted in classical ballet technique while supporting the individual growth and developmental needs of each student. Our faculty guide students through a progressive training system that emphasizes proper alignment, strength, flexibility, musicality, and performance quality. For younger dancers, instruction focuses on foundational movement, coordination, and creative exploration in a supportive and engaging environment. As students advance, training becomes increasingly rigorous, with a strong emphasis on classical technique, pointe work, repertoire, conditioning, and pre-professional preparation.

Instructors are expected to foster a positive, disciplined classroom atmosphere that encourages consistency, focus, and respect. They provide clear corrections, demonstrate exercises with precision, and adapt teaching methods to accommodate a wide range of ages and skill levels. In addition to technical instruction, faculty play a vital role in developing artistry, confidence, and stage presence in each dancer. Our instructors are not only teachers, but mentors who are committed to shaping the next generation of dancers through excellence in training, thoughtful guidance, and a passion for the art of ballet.
